Windows CE 4.0 (also known as Windows CE.net) is the fourth major release of the Windows CE operating system.
History[]
Windows CE 4.x are the only versions of the CE family to be released with a reference to the .NET Framework incorporated into the name itself.[2] However, it was later retroactively referred to as simply Windows CE 4.0.[3]
