Microsoft PC Manager (微软PC管家 or 微软电脑管家) is a PC management utility from Microsoft that was originally developed for the Chinese market as Windows Master in early versions. An English version became available on October 28, 2022. It is supported by Windows 10 (1809 and later), as well as Windows 11.

Microsoft has a new PC Manager optimizer app similar to CCleaner - Beta available to download
Like some third-party "computer cleaners", it offers one-click acceleration through garbage collection and the release of occupied resources, conducts comprehensive examinations to detect viruses, and identifies abnormalities that can be fixed. The Disk Sense feature cleans up storage space usage.[1] One-click system upgrade is also available through Windows Update feature.[2]

As of May 2023, Microsoft PC Manager remains in public beta at version 2.9 (Chinese) and 2.9 (English).[3]

Microsoft Store version[]
The Microsoft Store Version can be installed as a Win32 app through Microsoft Store. You have to uninstall the version downloaded from the official website to run this version. This Version is showed as "PC Manager" in Start Menu.

Branches[]
Two branches are currently available for Microsoft PC Manager: China and Global.
China[]
The China branch has a faster release cycle and includes more localized features, but may not be suitable for privacy laws in other countries / regions (e.g.: General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR in the European Union). - pcmanager.microsoft.com if accessing with Chinese IP addresses.
Global[]
The Global branch has better compliance with local laws, but at the cost of longer release cycles (due to strict compliance) and fewer new features. - pcmanager-en.microsoft.com
But rest assured, both versions are SAFE and comply with the promises in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Channels[]
There are different channels of Microsoft PC Manager. You can view the channel number through the download URL. (e.g.: https://distributestorage.blob.core.chinacloudapi.cn/mvp/20101/21011/MSPCManagerOffline.exe... This means the channel number is 20101, and the version to download is 21011.)
Channel 10000[]
The online package of Channel 10000 is the default channel while you access pcmanager.microsoft.com directly. For the offline package, this channel gets the latest version of Microsoft PC Manager, which includes some of the A/B testing features. The offline package usually updates faster than the online package.
Channel 30101[]
This is the community channel. This only appears in Official QQ Groups in China and is unused now.
Channel 500000[]
This is the default channel while downloading from pcmanager-en.microsoft.com.
*There are other channels, including Channel 20101, 100101, etc.
Online/offline/upgrade packages[]
Online package[]
The online package allows users to download a small-size installation file, and files needed are downloaded while installing. By now, only online packages are available for download from the official website. URL: aka.ms/PCManager[ChannelNo.] (i.e: aka.ms/PCManager10000).
Offline package[]
The offline package allows users to download a full installation package, and users do not need to connect to the Internet while installing. URL: aka.ms/PCManagerOFL[ChannelNo.] (i.e: aka.ms/PCManagerOFL10000).
Upgrade package[]
The upgrade package is usually downloaded by the program itself for auto-updating, and the file includes the version number and the compiled date. URL: aka.ms/PCManagerUpgrade[ChannelNo.] (i.e: aka.ms/PCManagerUpgrade30101).
