Elle Litchney (born 1975 in Taiwan) is a computer science researcher and computer programmer.^{[citation needed]}

Born in 1975 to Gary and Katlin Litchney in Taiwan, Elle grew up in a computer-less society. In 2001, she first worked for Microsoft.^{[citation needed]}

Litchney was known for helping to create Windows XP and an unknown project that was set to release in 2020.^{[citation needed]}
