If you've googled what that virus was, it's a backdoor for other malware to install on your computer basically. But since you got AVG anti-virus stopping it, you should be alright. Probably a good idea to delete that EXE in-question now that it's been cleared.

It also wouldn't hurt to right click on those 2 folders, or any folder to check it's "properties" and make sure it's a "File folder" type and not an EXE disguised as a folder.
